ABZ 400 mg Tablets contain albendazole 400 mg, used to treat various parasitic worm infections.
Albendazole is commonly used for intestinal worms, including pinworm/threadworm, roundworm (Ascaris), hookworm and whipworm (Trichuris) infections. Depending on the diagnosis, it can also be used for other parasitic infections such as tapeworm infections.
ABZ is therefore commonly used as a deworming tablet
