Description
Don-A 10mg Tablets contain Domperidone Maleate BP equivalent to Domperidone 10mg per tablet.
Domperidone is a gastrointestinal prokinetic and antiemetic used mainly for nausea and vomiting, delayed gastric emptying and associated dyspeptic symptoms, helping improve gastric motility and reduce nausea.
Note: Domperidone can affect cardiac rhythm and is generally used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest appropriate duration, particularly in patients with cardiac disease or those taking QT-prolonging medicines.
