Description
Pylotrip is a combination treatment used to eradicate Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), a bacterium associated with gastric and duodenal ulcers. It combines lansoprazole 30 mg, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, with amoxicillin 1,000 mg and clarithromycin 500 mg, antibiotics that target H. pylori.
It is indicated for H. pylori eradication in patients with active chronic gastric and duodenal ulcers.
