Description
Nosfree Saline Nasal Drops contain sterile isotonic sodium chloride (normal saline) for gentle nasal irrigation, cleansing and moisturizing.
They are suitable for nasal congestion, blocked nose, thick or dried nasal mucus and nasal dryness. Saline nasal drops can be particularly useful for babies and young children who have difficulty feeding or sleeping because of a blocked nose.
Unlike medicated nasal decongestants such as ephedrine or xylometazoline, normal saline does not cause the same rebound congestion associated with prolonged use of topical vasoconstrictor decongestants.
