Lactitoss Solution is an osmotic laxative that works mainly in the colon by increasing the amount of water in the stool and stimulating bowel movement.
Lactitoss is primarily used for constipation, including occasional constipation where stools are hard, dry or difficult to pass. It is also indicated for hepatic encephalopathy, a complication of severe liver disease in which toxic substances such as ammonia accumulate and can affect brain function
