Menozip Tranexamic Acid 500 mg Tablets are an oral medicine containing tranexamic acid, an antifibrinolytic agent that helps prevent the breakdown of blood clots. This supports the body's ability to control excessive bleeding.

Tranexamic acid may be prescribed for heavy menstrual periods (menorrhagia) and selected other bleeding conditions, including certain cases of nosebleeds or bleeding associated with dental procedures.
