Cipladon is a paracetamol-based effervescent pain-relief and fever-reducing medicine. The tablets dissolve in water to form a drink, making them an option for people who find conventional tablets difficult to swallow.
Paracetamol helps relieve headaches, toothache, period pain, backache, muscle pain, sore-throat discomfort and fever associated with colds and flu. Cipladon is available in two strengths: 500 mg and 1000 mg (1 g). The correct strength and dose depend on the patient’s age, health and other medicines being used.
